SurreyLets Marketing Only or Marketing and Referenceing Services

Our Marketing Only Service or the more extensive Marketing and Referencing Only Service are designed for independent Landlords to have access to being able to market their properties on all the main portals with the added attraction of you demonstrating that you are a conscientious Landlord. By using an ARLA approved Letting Agent to source your tenants you will attract more potential tenants and using the mainstream portals you will have greater reach. Research has shown that tenants are more wary of using a private Landlords sourced from Private Ads as they desire to know that the Landlord will be responsible in the safeguarding of their deposit and be compliant with all safety checks. By using SurreyLets to market your property we shall ask you for a copy of your safety certificates and you will contractually agree to safeguarding your tenants deposit.

The Marketing Only Service provides a Landlord with:

• 3 Months advertising on Property Portals, Find a Property, Rightmove, Primelocation, Globrix, Property Live and more
• All Applicant leads forwarded to you within 24 hours - £95.00 plus VAT

The Marketing and Referencing Only Service provides a Landlords with

• Tenant Referencing through Endsleigh Insurance
• Plus Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses Policy Summary & Policy Booklet (12 Months) policy for 12 months standard cover (up to 2 applicants £50 for each additional tenant)
• Tenancy Agreement will be drawn up and E-mailed to you and additional £300.00 plus VAT

As a Landlord you will be expected to:

• E-mail us with up to 10 digital pictures of your property
• Provide us with a written description of your property and full address
• Arrange and undertake your own viewings
• Conduct the signing and witnessing of the agreements and oversee your move in.

* Due to Data Protection on property portals we will need to contact each applicant prior to passing you their information to notify them that you will be making contact. We will also mark each property advert with a note advising tenants that respond of the arrangement on this service.
